Experience

For 20 years I have been developing projects that require strategic thinking, consistency and the ability to operate across different markets and cultures.

As the first Polish woman, I was granted citizenship of the Kingdom of Cambodia by royal decree. I also use the Khmer name Sereyvattana Iva.

I serve on the executive board of the PATA Cambodia Chapter. I founded the first Lions Club in Sihanoukville province and initiated the Polish-Cambodian Business Club.

Each of these roles stems from years of presence, trust and genuine commitment to developing relations between Europe and Cambodia.

A boutique resort at Coconut Beach on Koh Rong island.

I led this project through its full cycle: from concept and construction to launch and day-to-day management. Today Apsara is a fully operating property and a source of real operational experience in the Cambodian market.

I am developing Port Yves Palace as a five-star hotel and apartment project on the beachfront of Koh Rong. It combines the operational experience gained at Apsara Resort with international standards, full responsibility for the process and a long-term management model.
